It's All Got A Bit Big

It’s all got a bit big on me and I don’t know what to do,

Is there a hand to reach out to, someone to cling to.

It would mean a lot to me and I would appreciate the thought,

Because you really don’t have to but it’s the thought that counts.

When I let the animals out  will you flinch at all,

It would be good if you didn’t bat an eyelid when I reach the wall,

In the eye of the storm you could keep me warm and I’d be forever thankful.

And if there was something I could do in return, you would be grateful.

It would be nice if you said stuff about my inner strength,

I can listen gobsmacked for a great length.

You might tell me I had something to give,

It is such a great feeling makes me want to live.

If you took the time you could see through the veneer,

Praps take it all in and stay right here

I could believe you, when you say, that it’s going to be alright,

And I could believe you, when you say it’s going to be a long night.
